Requirement of Business Visitor Visa:
The main requirement to get a visa under this category is as follows:
- that you intend to leave the United Kingdom at the end of the period of you visit.
- that you will maintain and accommodate yourself and any dependents adequately out of resources available to you without recourse to public funds.
- that you can meet the cost of the return or onward journe
- that you do not intend to marry.
- that work you are about to carry out during your visit must not be paid
Duration of the Visa:
It is issued for a period of 6 months.
